We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Maw3ad provides a platform that connects users with appointment-based businesses, allowing you to discover, book, and manage appointments with various service providers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

When you make a booking through our Service, you enter into a direct agreement with the business providing the service. Maw3ad acts as a platform facilitating the connection between you and the business.

5.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary by business. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding each business's specific policies before making a booking. Maw3ad is not responsible for refunds or disputes between you and the business.

5.3 Payment

Payments for bookings are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for bookings you make. All payment disputes must be resolved directly with the business or payment processor.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Maw3ad and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through the Service (such as reviews). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.

8. Service Availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAW3AD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

MAW3AD ACTS AS A PLATFORM CONNECTING USERS WITH BUSINESSES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY BUSINESSES LISTED ON OUR PLATFORM. ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND A BUSINESS MUST BE RESOLVED DIRECTLY WITH THAT BUSINESS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maw3ad, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Lebanese Arbitration Center, except where prohibited by law.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maw3ad regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
